Los Angeles Lakers forward Jarred Vanderbilt (foot) will not be an option for at least three more games. Per Jovan Buha of The Athletic, Lakers head coach JJ Redick said Monday that Vanderbilt is progressing but won't make his season debut this week. It's been over 11 months since we last saw Vanderbilt in action with the Lakers, with his last appearance coming on Feb. 1, 2024. Considering the length of time Vanderbilt has been off the court, the team will likely ease him back into action, limiting his fantasy appeal. The 25-year-old also faces additional competition for playing time, with Dorian Finney-Smith in town and Max Christie developing well.--Taavi Pailk
