Jaron Brown Being Showered With Praise
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaron Brown caught a touchdown in Seattle's annual mock game, and head coach Pete Carroll has been liberal with the praise about Brown's play to this point. Carroll is complimentary of Brown's intelligence and route-running, and it sounds like Brown could work his way into some playing time. He's currently slotted in as the team's fourth wide receiver behind Doug Baldwin, Brandon Marshall, and Tyler Lockett, but Carroll has previously been hesitant to let Lockett do too much with the offense, so Brown may be able to steal some snaps from him.
