1 month agoChicago White Sox catcher James McCann hit a go-ahead grand slam in the eighth inning during Wednesday's 13-9 win over the Houston Astros. McCann tied his career high in home runs with the blast, giving him 13 on the season. In his first season with the White Sox, McCann has enjoyed a breakout year. Among all catchers with at least 30 games played, McCann ranks first in average (.288) and is tied for third in hits with 95. He is locked in as the starting catcher and also hits in the cleanup spot with the White Sox, making him worth the addition in two-catcher leagues.--Mike Manley - RotoBaller
