New Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston looked sharp in his first game action since Week 3 last season, completing 11-of-13 passes for 92 yards and a touchdown in the preseason win over the Kansas City Chiefs. He added 14 yards rushing on two carries. Winston ran with the second team, appearing to be locked in as the backup behind starting quarterback Derek Carr. Despite falling out of favor to Andy Dalton last season, Winston stuck around in New Orleans and should be one of the top backup quarterbacks in the league in 2023.--Brant Henson - RotoBaller
