Free-agent quarterback Jameis Winston remains available and has engaged with NFL teams, but he's being methodical with his decisions. The only real reason for Winston to sign before the draft starts later this week would be to prevent a team from taking a signal-caller in the middle to later rounds. But it sounds like Winston will take his time and most likely wait until after the NFL draft to pick his destination as an expected backup. Even though the former first overall pick in 2015 led the NFL with 5,109 passing yards and 33 touchdowns, he also led the league with 30 interceptions. The Buccaneers moved on in favor of future Hall of Famer Tom Brady. Winston's fantasy stock is obviously down and he won't be worth taking in the majority of leagues unless he somehow finds a starting gig somewhere.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
