2 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston (back, ankle) will be active for the Week 6 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. However, Winston won't start and will serve as the emergency quarterback for this game. The plan is for Winston to get fully healthy before getting him back on the field. Having Winston as the backup prevents the team from having to cut a player if they'd brought up a quarterback from the practice squad. Andy Dalton will remain the starter for at least one more week in New Orleans.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
