Ja'Marr Chase Being Overvalued?
3 years agoCincinnati Bengals rookie first-round wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase dominated in college and has plenty of chemistry with quarterback Joe Burrow from their time together at LSU, but he might not return value at his current 70.4 ADP, four spots ahead of teammate Tee Higgins. The Bengals offense plans to get the ball to the open receivers rather than force-feeding a particular player. Cincy was one of 21 teams to have three players with 100 targets in 2020, and they could become just the eighth team in history to have five players catch at least 50 passes in 2021. The 21-year-old has some bust potential because of that, but his talent alone should at least make him a pretty solid WR2 in his rookie season.
