Jalen Brunson Racks Up Career-High 44 Points Against Milwaukee
2 years agoNew York Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson had an outstanding game against the Bucks on Monday, finishing it with a career-high 44 points. Julius Randle added 25 points and Immanuel Quickley tallied 23 points, but the Knicks still somehow took a 111-107 home loss. Brunson finished with 15-for-30 shooting from the field and had a perfect 10-for-10 record at the line. He hit four three-point bombs with 10 attempts and recorded seven rebounds and four assists in 39 minutes. The former Dallas man is having a very good debut campaign in the Big Apple, but Brunson has done particularly well since the calendar was flipped, averaging 33.0 points per game with 5.8 rebounds and 6.0 assists. He will get a pair of very good matchups this week to continue his tear, as Indiana and Detroit are both teams that struggle on the defensive end.
