1 year agoToronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl will command a significant salary in free agency this summer. The Austrian giant has finished up a three-year contract worth a little over $26 million, and he is now reportedly looking for a deal that will have an average salary in the $20 million range. The Raptors brought Poeltl back from San Antonio midseason in a trade that cost the club multiple draft picks, so they should be very interested in getting a new deal done with him. But the 27-year-old should also be an attractive piece for any other team looking for a center. Poeltl has enjoyed back-to-back strong seasons and did very well during his 26-game spell in Toronto, putting up 13.1 points with 9.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocks.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
