12 months agoNew Orleans Pelicans center Jahlil Okafor posted his second consecutive double-double on Wednesday, finishing a 98-94 loss to Detroit with 17 points and 10 rebounds. He also recorded a new career high with six blocks. Okafor played 31 minutes as a starter, shooting 8-for-13 from the field. His stat line included five turnovers as well, but overall, it was a really solid effort by him. Anthony Davis (finger) remains out on Thursday against OKC, so Okafor looks set good another good game. Steven Adams is a force to be reckoned with, but opposing centers have had plenty of pleasant evenings against the Thunder this season, getting 23.8 points and 14 rebounds per 48 minutes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
