Jaden McDaniels On Track To Return Saturday
Jaden McDaniels (illness) appears ready to return to the lineup Saturday against the Thunder, with the team having removed him from the injury report. The 22-year-old has been sidelined for three games with an illness. He will be making his return at a vital time, as the team has just lost Karl-Anthony Towns (calf) to injury and help is needed on the frontcourt. McDaniels has been a regular starter for Minnesota this season, averaging 11.4 points per game with 3.5 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 1.4 blocks. Austin Rivers has logged a couple of starts during McDaniels' absence and Wendell Moore Jr. also ran with the starters in Wednesday's win over Memphis, but both players become redundant for fantasy managers now.
