Jacob Misiorowski Turns In Solid Outing At Double-A Biloxi
6 months agoMilwaukee Brewers pitching prospect Jacob Misiorowski had one of his best outings of the season on Wednesday, going six innings without allowing a run and giving up just one hit with five strikeouts and no walks. It was the longest outing of the season for the Brewers top overall prospect. The 6-foot-7 right-hander has an electric fastball-slider combination making him one of the most intriguing starting pitchers in the minors. The 22-year-old is 1-2 this season with a 3.44 ERA and 1.34 WHIP. He has racked up 65 strikeouts in 52 1/3 innings. The latest start is promising for Misiorowski as he continues to ramp up his workload. Looking at a potential promotion to Triple-A by the end of this year with 2025 as a likely ETA in Milwaukee, Misiorowski has the stuff and makeup to be a future ace.
