New Jersey Devils forward Jack Hughes registered a career-high four points in Thursday's 8-1 victory over Columbus. He had two goals and two assists, picking up half of his points on the power play. The 21-year-old became the fourth player in franchise history with at least 10 multi-goal performances across a single season and no Devils/Rockies/Scouts player had previously reached 200 career points as fast as Hughes did. Thursday was his 241st game, and Hughes now boasts 86 goals and 117 assists. Nearly half of the points (95) for the young American have come during his immense 2022-23 season. Hughes is finishing things off in style as well, having put up five goals and nine assists across his last eight outings.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
