Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant (hamstring) will be out for a third straight game on Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers. He is experiencing soreness in his left calf, and there's no reason to risk his health since Memphis is comfortably sitting in a playoff spot. With Scotty Pippen Jr. (wrist) also unavailable, Desmond Bane and Luke Kennard made up the starting backcourt in Monday's matchup against the Sacramento Kings. Bane went berserk with 7-for-7 shooting from downtown and netted a season-high 44 points. Pippen Jr. is considered questionable for Wednesday, so the same scenario could repeat itself against Portland.--Taavi Pailk
