Vancouver Canucks forward J.T. Miller deposited his eighth goal of the campaign on Friday as his team fell 4-1 to the Winnipeg Jets at the Bell MTS Place. The 26-year-old got his team on the board first with a skillful tap-in 6:53 into the second period but his team wasn't able to muster enough offense to earn any points in the well-fought contest. With the marker, Miller extended his personal point streak to four games and he has now recorded at least one point in eight of his last nine games. The Ohio-born forward is clearly benefitting from a change of scenery over the summer (acquired from Tampa Bay in exchange for a pair of draft picks and a goaltending prospect) and has fit perfectly onto the Canucks' top line alongside Elias Pettersson and Brock Boeser. Miller's ice time has increased by over four minutes (19:02 vs 14:40 in TB), a huge reason why he's posted over a point-per-game (18 points in 17 games) in 2019-2020. Make sure Miller is active in lineups moving forward.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
