J.D. McKissic Sees Receiving Work In Week 3
J.D. McKissic had three carries for eight yards along with six receptions on nine targets for 32 yards in Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The 29-year-old saw some work in the receiving game for the second week in a row due to the Commanders playing from behind for the entirety of the game. Negative game scripts have become McKissic's calling as of late. With Washington having a porous defense, they could be in plenty more of them as the season rolls on. McKissic doesn't offer upside as a runner, but his heavy usage as a pass catcher when Washington plays from behind gives him potential as a bench piece.
