J.D. Davis Leaves Early on Friday

New York Mets outfielder J.D. Davis (calf) was forced to leave early during Friday's game against the Kansas City Royals. Davis suffered left calf tightness while attempting to run out a play in the eighth inning. He's considered day-to-day at the moment, so he might not suit up for Saturday's contest. He's been hot at the plate, so he needs to be started if he does play.
