11 months agoNew York Jets newly-signed running back Isaiah Crowell is in line for a solid workload this season. While still viewed as a committee, the Jets backfield contains two running backs in Bilal Powell and Elijah McGuire that have primarily excelled as pass catchers. Crowell is coming off a season of 200-plus carries for the Cleveland Browns, where for each of his four seasons he was the primary ball carrier out of the backfield, but his pass-catching ability should not be overlooked having finished in the top 30 at the position in targets the last two years. Crowell is a solid RB2 option that should slip later into drafts, but play it safe and draft Powell a few rounds later for insurance.--Justin Friel
