Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Isaac Okoro (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Monday's game against the Detroit Pistons. Okoro will miss his sixth straight game due to his shoulder injury which appears to be more serious than first thought. Since being drafted, Okoro has established himself as one of the better perimeter defenders in the NBA and has taken massive strides in improving his outside shot. He averages 5.8 points on 42.7% shooting from the field and 39.7% from three. His next chance to return to game action will come Wednesday against the Miami Heat. His absence would likely free up additional playing time for Sam Merrill and Georges Niang in the rotation.--Alen Kurbasic
