2 years agoNew York Islanders goaltender Ilya Sorokin stood on his head Wednesday night against the Oilers, pushing away 49 shots in a 3-0 victory. He faced 23 shots in the third period alone but was able to stay perfect and grab his second shutout of the season. Sorokin has been one of the best goalie options this season in fantasy hockey, having gone 9-5-0 with a 2.20 goals-against average and a .934 save percentage. He's been giving managers wins on a consistent basis, while also providing plenty of saves, with the Islanders giving up nearly 34 shots on goal per game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
