4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders rookie wide receiver Henry Ruggs III has been activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list and will be available in Week 16 against the Dolphins on Saturday. Ruggs was forced to sit out last Thursday's loss to the division-rival Chargers. The speedy rookie from Alabama has seen more than four targets in a game just twice in his first 11 NFL games, making him hard to trust for fantasy purposes. The Miami defense doesn't allow a ton to opposing wide receivers, but they can be prone to giving up the big play, which is right up Ruggs' alley. However, he's likely to see a lot of top cornerback Xavien Howard on Saturday. Consider Ruggs a boom/bust WR4/5 in his return to the lineup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
