The New York Giants are hopeful that Sterling Shepard (quad) will return for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. He hasn't played since Week 8 due to a quadriceps injury. The 28-year-old will try to practice this week. Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is expected to miss Week 13 against the Miami Dolphins, a downgrade to New York's offensive skilled position players. Shepard has been productive when on the field, hauling in 32 catches for 324 yards and a touchdown over five games in 2021.
