Gary Woodland Tough To Trust In Mexico
2 years agoGary Woodland comes into the Mexico Open off of four straight made cuts, and seven made cuts in his last eight starts. However, Woodland is a tough DFS option this week due to the field. Woodland will cost top-tier salary this week as he's one of the very few names that people will reorganize in the field. Woodland should be locked into making the cut, but somewhere in the range of his 2022 finish at the Mexico Open appears likely. Woodland finished T24 in 2022, which won't be near good enough to pay off his DFS salary. To be at the top of the leaderboard this week, lots and lots of birdies will be needed. Woodland currently sits 150th on tour in scoring average, and 151st in birdie average, making it extremely tough for Woodland to pay off his salary this week.
