San Francisco Giants manager Gabe Kapler has been relieved of his duties on Friday. This comes after the Giants put together a disappointing 78-81 record with only a few games left in the regular season. They sit at fourth place in the NL West and are out of the playoff picture. During his four seasons as the manager, Kapler posted a 295-248 record with the Giants. In 2021, he won a division title with an outstanding 107-55 record. The 48-year-old had one year remaining on his contract, but the Giants have decided to go in a different direction. Kapler should draw plenty of interest as a manager for other organizations this offseason.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerRead More News
