Francisco Lindor Homers Saturday In Victory Over Marlins
4 months agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor homered on Saturday in a 4-0 shutout of the Miami Marlins. The veteran homered off Max Meyer, leading off the game. Lindor is now hitting .265 with 24 home runs, 71 RBI, 24 stolen bases and 83 runs scored for a Mets team fighting for a playoff spot. Lindor looks primed for another 30/30 season in 2024. He's hitting a sizzling .414 with two home runs and four RBI in his last seven games. He will look to continue his hot streak in tomorrow's series finale against Valente Bellozo on Sunday afternoon.
