2 years agoNashville Predators forward Filip Forsberg recorded his 19th multi-point outing against the Tampa Bay Lightning, scoring two goals and an assist. The young Swede was a late scratch for Saturday's game with an undisclosed injury, but clearly it was a minor injury, as Forsberg came back in force. He has surpassed his point total from last season (58) and is on the verge of setting a career high (64) in 15 fewer games. Incredibly, Forsberg is playing fewer minutes on average than his previous seasons but he is still experiencing the most efficient offensive season of his career due to his power-play production. He will continue playing on the top line on even strength and on the power play, and there is no reason to keep him out of your lineups for the rest of the year.--aayushdas
