Filip Gustavsson Out With A Lower-Body Injury
12 months agoMinnesota Wild goaltender Filip Gustavsson suffered a lower-body injury against Winnipeg on Saturday and was unavailable for Sunday's rematch. The Swedish netminder left after two periods on Saturday. He allowed three goals on 22 shots. Marc-Andre Fleury finished the contest in the Wild crease, allowing one more goal in an eventual 4-2 loss. Fleury could be in for a busy time if Gustavsson's injury is deemed to be serious. Zane McIntyre was brought up for the AHL to work as Fleury's backup on Sunday.
