Enes Kanter Grabs 18 More Rebounds
7 years agoNew York Knicks center Enes Kanter continued his otherworldly week on the boards. With his fourth straight double-double and third straight 17-plus rebounding game, Kanter is seemingly playing for his job with trade rumors swirling. Of his 18 boards on Friday, eight of them came on the offensive end, which helped his scoring effort. In terms of upside, this is Kanter’s ceiling. It’s only a matter of how sustainable these types of performances are. While a nightly double-double threat, he’s averaging 10.3 rebounds on the season, so expect some regression. The Knicks will play Atlanta on Sunday. Look for Kanter to try and cap an incredible week.
