Emanuel Wilson Handles Majority Of Carries Saturday
Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson took 17 carries for 49 yards and caught both of his targets for nine yards during the team's 19-15 preseason victory over the Seattle Seahawks. The 24-year-old came into the game with the second-team offense after starter AJ Dillon and handled the grand majority of the team's total carries Saturday. After a 111-yard performance last week and a solid outing against Seattle, the rookie is a safe bet to enter the season as the Packers RB3. While Wilson will have little to no value in redraft leagues in 2023, he is a name to monitor in case either Dillon or Aaron Jones goes down with an injury. He is a safe dynasty stash and could have handcuff value in 2023, depending on Jones' status with the team at that point.
