Eli Manning Throws For 309 Yards In Loss
6 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Eli Manning completed 25 of 33 yards for one rushing touchdown, one passing touchdown and one interception in the Giants 28-27 loss to the Colts. It was one of Manning's better performances as he looked sharp in the passing game during the first half. The veteran completed a deep pass to receiver Sterling Shepard to set up a score but the offense sputtered, once again, in the closing moments. Manning has been accurate, but fantasy irrelevant, for most of the season. He will not be a viable option next week against a tough Cowboys secondary that held Manning to only one touchdown pass in Week 2.
