Edward Cabrera Good To Go For Tuesday
2 years agoMiami Marlins starting pitcher Edward Cabrera (hand) is good to make his start on Tuesday against the Seattle Mariners after leaving his last start early on June 7 against the Kansas City Royals due to a blister on his pitching hand. Cabrera went five innings in that outing before being pulled. The 25-year-old right-hander will enter Tuesday's start with a 4.29 ERA (4.13 FIP), 1.38 WHIP, 38 walks and 80 strikeouts in 63 innings over his 13 starts for Miami. Cabrera can get wild at times with a 14 percent walk rate, but he's worth rostering in all fantasy leagues because of his strikeout upside (career-high 29.4% strikeout rate). He'll be a bit more risky in fantasy lineups on Tuesday in his first start after a blister issue.
