3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dylan Carlson (wrist) is not in the lineup for Tuesday's matchup against the Milwaukee Brewers. Outfielder Lars Nootbaar is playing right field and batting sixth in Carlson's spot. This is the fourth game in a row that he'll miss after spraining his wrist, but he did receive negative results on his X-rays. He should still be considered day-to-day. Carlson is having a productive year, hitting .261 with a .341 OBP. However, he is slugging just .419 with 12 HRs. Most of his value comes in OBP leagues and can give fantasy managers in deeper leagues enough production with 60 runs as the Cardinals leadoff hitter.--Spencer Seguin
