5 months agoHouston Texans running back Duke Johnson (hamstring) won't play in Saturday's preseason meeting with the Lions. Johnson, who the Texans traded for last week, is expected to play a significant role as the team's third-down back and as a slot receiver at times, but even before the trade he was dealing with hamstring issues that had held him out of practice with the Browns. We'll likely see Johnson against the Cowboys on the 24th, since Houston will want to see how the offense looks with him before the regular season gets here. Johnson's worth a mid-to-late round in PPR leagues, depending on league size.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
