8/17:Texas Rangers utility player Drew Robinson has been recalled to the majors. The Rangers needed outfield help after Delino DeShields was placed on the disabled list with a broken finger. Robinson has struggled this season, hitting just .186 with one home run and two stolen bases. In addition, Robinson is unlikely to see regular playing time, as he will mostly serve time as a backup to Carlos Tocci. Robinson's call up is bad news for Willie Calhoun, who will remain at Triple-A to receive regular at-bats.--Ben Rolfe - RotoBaller
