3 months agoLos Angeles Kings defenseman Drew Doughty will be out month-to-month after fracturing his left ankle. He will undergo surgery. The star blue-liner was injured in Wednesday's 3-2 preseason win against the Vegas Golden Knights. This is a massive blow for the Kings but an opportunity for other players to step up. Brandt Clarke and Jordan Spence are set to compete for Doughty's position on the top defensive pairing.
