Draymond Green Logs First Double-Double Of The Season
2 years agoGolden State Warriors forward/center Draymond Green finished Sunday's 137-114 win over Minnesota with his first double-double of the season. He posted a game-high 11 assists and scored a season-high 19 points on 6-for-7 shooting. In 33 minutes on the floor, Green also picked up four rebounds and swatted away two shots, whilst shooting 1-for-2 from deep The four-time All-Star typically fills the box score each night and Green didn't disappoint on Sunday. He hasn't been quite at his best this campaign, but Green is having his best offensive season since 2017-18 and his level of play has gone up lately. Next up, Green will get a pair of ugly matchups against the snail-paced Mavericks and a Chicago team that rebounds the ball well.
