Cleveland Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. Gabriel was pulled out and was taken to the locker room to be evaluated for a concussion. He didn't join the team in the second half and is officially done for the day. Before exiting, Gabriel completed 7-of-10 passing attempts for 68 yards. Now, Shedeur Sanders will take over under center for the rest of this game. Sanders is making his NFL debut and gets a chance to prove himself with his team leading to begin the second half.--Andy Webb
