Free-agent forward Dillon Brooks agreed to a four-year, $80 million with Houston on Saturday. This deal has been rumored for weeks, so it's not a surprise. The 27-year-old played in Memphis his entire career, averaging 14.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.1 rebounds. However, from a production standpoint, he's coming off a down year, and his on-the-court behavior landed him in hot water more than once. At any rate, Brooks has a chance at a fresh start with the Rockets and may benefit from his pairing with Fred VanVleet. But his past issues will cause his fantasy stock to dip heading into the 2023-24 campaign.--Dennis Clausen
