Deyvison De Los Santos Promoted to Triple-A
7 months agoArizona Diamondbacks third base prospect Deyvison De Los Santos was promoted to Triple-A Reno on Tuesday, May 21. The number 14 prospect in the Arizona pipeline has been off to a scorching start of the season at the plate with Double-A and was rewarded for this by moving up to the final stop in the minor leagues. Through 38 games this season with Double-A Amarillo, the 20-year-old posted an incredible .372/.426/.696 slash line with 14 home runs, 37 RBI, and a 12:36 BB:K ratio. De Los Santos spent all of last season with Double-A but posted a mediocre .254/.297/.431 line with 20 home runs. This recent promotion now opens the door for a late-season major league debut, especially due to his impressive start. The 20-year-old should be rostered in most dynasty leagues and could become a popular stash candidate if he can carry this momentum into his taste of Triple-A.
