Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith will take on the Arizona Cardinals in the team's final home game of the regular season in Week 17. The 25-year-old scored the only receiving touchdown for the Eagles last week but drew only five targets for the second week in a row. Tight end Dallas Goedert returning to the lineup has caused the target share to be spread around a bit more, but Smith remains locked in as a WR2 due to his explosive playmaking ability. Arizona ranks 19th in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers this year but has allowed plenty of players to finish as top 12 options. Smith will be a bit more of a boom-or-bust WR2 than he is most weeks, but he should remain in fantasy lineups due to his high upside during many fantasy managers' fantasy football championship games this weekend.--Ryan Larrison - RotoBaller
