Sacramento Kings guard Devin Carter (illness) has been cleared to play ahead of Tuesday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The rookie guard is ready to go after missing their last game due to an illness. Fellow guard Malik Monk (illness) remains out for the third game in a row. That being said, Carter and Keon Ellis should see increased roles in the rotation on Tuesday. The 23-year-old hasn't done much even with extended playing time this season. He does have two steals or more in three of his last four games, so maybe he could help someone in deep category leagues.--Andy Webb
