Dee Eskridge Could Return To Practice This Week
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks rookie wide receiver Dee Eskridge (concussion) could return to practice this week after going to Florida to visit with specialists regarding a lingering concussion that he suffered in the season opener, according to head coach Pete Carroll. Eskridge was working on "some visual things" related to his concussion, and he can come off Injured Reserve this week to open his 21-day practice window. Carroll also said there are no long-term concerns with the rookie's head injury. If he returns, Eskridge would likely be the No. 4 receiver behind D.K. Metcalf, Tyler Lockett and Freddie Swain. However, until quarterback Russell Wilson (finger) returns from IR, this offense could remain stuck in neutral with Geno Smith.
