Deandre Ayton Dominates Against The Jazz
2 years agoPhoenix Suns center Deandre Ayton had a monster night against the Jazz on Saturday, posting season highs with 29 points and 21 rebounds, while adding three assists, one steal and two blocks to his line. He helped the team to a tight 113-112 victory, shooting 11-for-19 from the field and 7-for-9 at the charity stripe. The Jazz don't have Rudy Gobert roaming the paint anymore and it's left them very vulnerable against opposing centers, which worked in Ayton's favor Saturday. He faces a much more difficult matchup next time around against a Kings team that has allowed the seventh-fewest points in the league to centers this season. Additionally, they are also a solid rebounding side.
