Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore was limited to one catch for 17 yards in the Panthers' Week 17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Moore has been inconsistent during the season, putting up less than five fantasy points twelve times while scoring more than 10 only two times. Throughout the season, he earned a 10.4% target share, and when we are looking at players to start in fantasy, we need more volume than that.
