David Montgomery Held To 44 Total Yards
Chicago Bears running back David Montgomery carried the ball 14 times for only 36 yards and added eight receiving yards in the team's 35-32 loss to the Dolphins. On a day when the Bears posted 252 team rushing yards, 178 of them came from quarterback Justin Fields in a historic performance. Montgomery simply couldn't get anything going from the ground but still is the lead running back in an offense that has posted over 200 rushing yards a game as a team over the last month. Montgomery will be a low-end RB2 heading into the team's matchup next week against the Lions.
