7/11:Colorado Rockies outfielder David Dahl has progressed to hitting in a batting cage as he recovers from a broken foot. Dahl has been sidelined since June 1 after fouling a ball off his foot, and the oft-injured outfielder has no timetable to return yet. The team is happy with his progress, but Dahl has a long list of injuries and extended rehab stints, so fantasy owners can remain calm for the time being. If he can ever return to being fully healthy and find his way to some regular playing time, dahl could be valuable, but right now, both those things are pipe dreams.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
