Darren Waller Back At Practice

Oakland Raiders tight end Darren Waller was back at practice Tuesday and was "active as he has been since suffering his shoulder sprain." He suffered an AC joint sprain on Aug 3 and has been a limiting contributor in practices since. It's unlikely he'll suit up for their second exhibition contest on Thursday, but hopefully, we see him dress for Week 3 of the preseason. Waller has been hyped throughout the offseason as well as training camp before the injury earning himself the "sleeper" moniker in fantasy circles. The former wide receiver out of Georgia Tech may have a slow start to the regular season with the amount of time he's missed, but could become a sneaky weapon in this improving offense.
