2 years agoCleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland (eye) won't return to Wednesday's season opener versus the Toronto Raptors. The 22-year-old took a hard shot to the eye and was helped to the locker room. There was some concern that this was going to be a concussion, but it appears to be a left eye issue. He'll sit out the rest of this game, but the expectation is that Garland won't miss time from this issue. Donovan Mitchell and Caris LeVert should see increased playing time with Garland sidelined.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
