3 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Danny Amendola (thigh) returned to a limited practice on Wednesday after missing the last two games. Amendola has a good chance to return in Week 5 against the New England Patriots. Another sign that the Texans expect him back is the fact that they released slot receiver Anthony Miller on Wednesday. Houston is desperately looking for a second wideout to step up behind Brandin Cooks, and Amendola could be that guy once he's healthy. He had six catches on six targets for 43 yards and a touchdown in the first two games, but he didn't see over 22 percent of the offensive snaps in either game. Amendola is worth watching in much deeper leagues, but unless Houston proves otherwise, it's hard to trust any player not named Cooks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
