11 months agoBrooklyn Nets point/shooting guard D'Angelo Russell was shooting early and often during Monday’s loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, hoisting a career-high 31 shot attempts. He made 13 of said attempts, finishing with a monster stat line of 30 points, eight rebounds, six assists and four made triples. Without Caris Levert in the lineup, Russell has taken on an expanded offensive role, having attempted a minimum of 25 shots in four of his last five games. If field-goal percentage doesn’t factor into your league, it’s tough to imagine players with more boom potential than Russell for the foreseeable future.--Jesse Borek - RotoBaller
